Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. This email may end up in your Spam Folder, so be sure to add Southern Tide to your “Safe” list. You may also check the status of your order at any time by signing into your account, visiting the "Orders" page, and selecting "Track Shipment".

CAN'T FIND YOUR PACKAGE? (View our FAQ on Lost Packages).

Totally normal. The first thing to do is to check the bushes, front and back porches, and other possible delivery spots such as with your neighbors. If you don't find it there, sometimes carriers occasionally mark packages "Delivered" before they're dropped off. Give it a couple of hours and then contact the delivery service.
