CAN'T FIND YOUR PACKAGE?

Totally normal. The first thing to do is to check the bushes, front and back porches, and other possible delivery spots such as with your neighbors. If you don't find it there, sometimes carriers occasionally mark packages "Delivered" before they're dropped off. Give it a couple of hours and then contact the delivery service. 

If you still can't find your package... Oh no! We are sorry to hear your package was lost by FedEx.

Southern Tide's Customer Service department is happy to help with lost packages. Please contact us with your order number and shipping address, and we are happy to set up a lost package claim with FedEx on your behalf.
