What happened if you received a refund on a Southern Tide order that you did not expect? This is likely due to an item being out of inventory when we went to fulfill your order. Due to high demand during Last Catch and for final sale items, this may occur.

You should receive a refund notification listing the item that was refunded along with the message below from our Customer Support Team detailing the reason for the refund.

"We do not like delivering bad news, but we have realized that the  Style, Size, and Color you ordered is unavailable to ship. We have gone ahead and issued a refund for that item due to it being out of stock. You should see the refund credited back to your original form of payment within the next few days."
