We are happy that you have received a gift from Southern Tide! Please follow the process outlined below to return your gift without notifying the original purchaser.
Gift recipients who return an item within 30 days of the original ship date will receive an e-gift certificate. Be sure to include the recipient’s email address on the return form and original order number. If you do not have this information, please contact Customer Service.
- Email and First/ Last Name of person who will receive e-gift card
If you are requesting to return a gift, we recommend signing up for an account online. This will ensure there are no delays in receiving your e-gift card.
Southern Tide cannot process gift returns from items purchased in store. Please contact the store the buyer originally purchased from for a gift exchange.
