Checking your electronic gift card balance is easy! Contact the Southern Tide Customer Team with your first and last name, and email address. One of our representatives would be happy to look up the balance and resend your gift card code if needed! 

Please note: our representatives cannot check the balance of gift cards purchased at Signature Stores or Boutiques.
