Review the Southern Tide Return Policy.

It helps us process your return faster if you provide all packing materials when shipping products back to us. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. The refund will process back onto the original form of payment.

For clothing merchandise, you will receive emails along the return process providing updates. You can also log onto our return portal to check that status. 

For home goods, please contact our Customer Service Department for an update. Be sure to check the tracking number of your shipping label to see the date that your item was delivered to the warehouse. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return.
